PHONE AND MAIL ORDERING - When ordering by mail, please fill in all information on the order form which pertains to your vehicle. When ordering for two or more vehicles please use a separate page for each vehicle. This will avoid any confusion and help expedite your order. Print all information and include a telephone number where you may be reached during the day and evening. When ordering by phone, please have your customer number and a list of items ready. You may conveniently order by telephone 8:00AM to 5:30PM EST Monday-Friday. Ordering may also be completed by FAX 24 hours a day or use our online ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. METHODS OF PAYMENT - All payment by US funds only. Orders paid by check will be held for 10 business days. To expedite your order we suggest prepayment by certified check, money order, or credit card. VISA, Master Card and Discover cards are accepted, please include card number, expiration date, security code, billing address and sign the bottom of the order form. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will not process your credit card until the item is either ready to be shipped or entered into production. Custom or NOS products may require prepayment. MINIMUM ORDER OF $10.00.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING - FedEx ground service, UPS ground service, UPS 3 day Select, UPS 2nd day Air, Overnight UPS and truck freight delivery are available. Charges will vary due to your location. We will ship by best method unless otherwise specified. Some areas are not served by certain shipping companies. We are unable to ship via FedEx or UPS to a post office box. Please supply us with an actual street address.
SHIPPING FOREIGN / CANADIAN - We use Fedex ground to Canada for most shipments into Canada. This allows us to quote the landed cost to your door at time of order. Overseas shipments are routed through BAX Global. Call our customer service department for shipping rates door to airport and door to door. All foreign and Canadian orders must be prepaid including shipping and handling.

DAMAGES/SHORTAGES - The carrier is responsible for any merchandise damaged in transit. Should a package appear to be damaged, OPEN the package while the carrier's driver is present and note all damage/shortages. If this is not possible and you discover damaged goods or shortages, contact the carrier immediately. Damage/shortage claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please be sure to check all merchandise when you receive it, before attempting installation. Insurance only covers merchandise lost in shipment, not damages due to shipping.
RETURN POLICY - Click to download an RMA form to help you through the RMA process. Returns may not be accepted without prior approval. RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AT SHOWS. Please call our offices directly to receive a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) This number must be prominently displayed on the package. Returns should be accompanied by your invoice. A copy is permissible. Returns for exchanges on standard items will be subject to a handling / restocking charge. Returns for cancellation on standard items will be subject to a handling / restocking charge. Items damaged, soiled, that have had attempted installation and custom / special ordered items are non-returnable except under our warranty terms. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of ship date. Authorization numbers are only good for thirty (30) days. Returns received after more than thirty (30) days may be refused by our Return Department.
ATTENTION CANADIAN CUSTOMERS - Warranty returns must be clearly marked as follows: "US goods being returned for repair or replacement under warranty commodity code 9801:00v0"
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS - While we have many different seat upholstery kits and other soft-trim related items in stock ready for immediate shipment, we may occasionally be out of stock on a particular item. We will make every effort to have your order shipped to you as soon as possible and keep you advised regarding the status of your order.
SEAT UPHOLSTERY KITS - do not include the actual seat frames, seat foam, associated hardware, plastic trim panels, hardware or trim ornaments. Special orders such as leather, cloth, custom color or NOS materials require a deposit, are nonreturnable and may not be canceled upon customer approval except under the terms of our product warranty.
COLORS - Upholstery sets are available in black, white and colors with most popular models and colors in stock, Due to the extensive number of colors produced by General Motors, there are some colors which are simply not available in reproduction form. As the demand for colors increases, we are constantly having previously unavailable colors reproduced. To ensure a correct color and grain match, your interior trim code may be required for verification. For best results with colors other than black we recommend a complete upholstery kit. Due to dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee an exact color match when color items are not ordered as complete sets. Color and grain samples are available at no charge.
NEW OLD STOCK (NOS) MATERIALS - NOS vinyls and cloths are occasionally available. Some interiors may require the use of NOS vinyls and/or cloths. The price and availability of these NOS materials varies. For current availability and price quotes please contact our sales office directly.
CUSTOM LEATHER COLOR MATCHING - In most cases we have the correct color match. Some applications may require a clean, non-faded sample for a correct color match. Note: Due to the variable nature of leather, minor marks and features are normal and add to the character & individuality of the leather upholstery. Extra lead time may be required for leather seat orders and will be quoted at the time of an order.
INSTALLATION NOTES - All Legendary Auto Interiors, Ltd. seat upholstery kits are reproduced to original specifications and are fully guaranteed. We recommend having an experienced professional automotive interior trim / upholstery shop install your new Legendary seat upholstery. Since age deteriorates other areas of the seats due to wear patterns and foam breakdown, certain adjustments and foam repair may be required to complete a perfect fit installation. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND PATTERNS NEEDED - In our efforts to develop new upholstery kits, door panels, and other soft trim items, many customers supply their originals for product development. The items for reproduction must be ORIGINAL, in fair to good condition, and not been repaired or replaced previously. Our sales office must be contacted directly before sending your old upholstery or other soft trim items. Please remember, we have no idea what the condition of your upoholstery or other soft trim is until we receive it. Therefore, we may not be able to use your original for pattern development even if we ask you to ship it to us. Following these initial steps will be most helpful to us in an effort to provide you with a quality original reproduction. PLEASE NOTE THAT OLD UPHOLSTERY OR SOFT TRIM ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, AS THESE ITEMS WILL BE DISMANTLED. Thank you for your interest and support.
