It is always our goal to provide you with the highest quality, most current and closest possible color match for your project. Raw good manufacturers utilize a matching and coloring process that is out of our control. It requires the industry to establish a color standard of +/-5% dye lot variation. For this reason, Legendary Auto Interiors, Ltd. cannot and will not guarantee an exact color match between the sample you approve and the actual color of the product you receive. Cancellations, returns or refunds will not be issued once you have approved a color and the product has been ordered.
Specialty Run Materials (SRM)
These materials are original to a specific year and have a specific manufacturer’s seal printed on the back. Legendary Auto Interiors, Ltd. will make every effort to source SRM materials, but in some cases the correct material is unavailable.

Custom Leather Color Matching
In most cases we can provide the correct color match, however some applications may require a clean, non-faded sample. Extra lead time is required for any specialty run material. Leather seat orders and will be quoted at the time of your order.
If you discover that your product has been damaged, please contact a Legendary Team Member immediately. Legendary Auto Interiors, Ltd. will expedite the process and resolve the issue quickly.
Please inspect boxes thoroughly. Remove all packaging from the box. Some products may be nested within other products. Also, some products may be taped to the inside of the box. Do not discard any boxes until you have inspected them thoroughly. Please compare all items that you have received to the packing slip, as some items may not have shipped yet. Be advised that all returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any product returned without an RMA number will be refused.
Pricing and Liabilities
Prices in all catalogs and our website were in effect at the time of printing and supersede all prices in any previous publications. Legendary Auto Interiors, Ltd. makes every effort to honor the prices contained herein. However, due to increased costs of manufacturing, materials, etc., prices are subject to change without notice.

While we have many different seat upholstery components and other soft-trim related items in stock ready for immediate shipment, we may occasionally be out of stock on a particular item. We will make every effort to have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.
The goal of Legendary Auto Interiors, Ltd. is to provide our customers with the highest quality parts and the best customer service in the industry. Legendary Auto Interiors Ltd. will accept the return of products for a full refund or exchange up to 30 days from the original invoice date with no re-stocking fee. Returns after a 30 day period, but before 60 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. Custom, Special Orders, Specialty Run Materials, Leather and NOS are not eligible for return under any circumstances other than a manufacturering defect. If any product is modified, altered, painted, installed or disassembled in any way without Legendary’s expressed written permission, the item is non-returnable. Legendary always recommends professional installation on all products. Any item which has been altered, painted, installed or deemed non-resalable by Legendary will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Legendary is not responsible or liable for labor fees associated with the installation, modification or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances.
All returns must receive prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to return shipping. Packages received by Legendary Auto Interiors Ltd. without prior approval and RMA number will be refused. Return shipping and insurance are the customers responsibility. All returned items must be received in as new condition. Examples that render a product non-returnable include, but are not limited to: evidence of attempted installation, parts that have been bent, broken, creased, scratched, soiled, melted or discolored. Also, we will not accept returns for any items that have been altered, painted, repaired or for any reason that has rendered the product non-returnable. Warning: Legendary is not responsible for damaged or lost packages returned by the customer.
Attention Canadian customers – Warranty returns must be clearly marked as follows: “US goods being returned for repair or replacement under Warranty Commodity Code 9801:00V0”
Any items picked up at our Newark, NY facility will be charged the current sales tax rate for Wayne County, New York.
Any items picked up at a show will be charged the appropriate sales tax for the state and county where the show is held.
Canadian customers picking up their order at our Newark facility may claim NYS sales tax back from NYS using form AU-11-1.

Legendary Auto Interiors, Ltd. is committed to providing the highest possible level of customer service, however on rare occasions circumstances beyond our control can result in lost or damaged packages. To protect our customers against delays and having to make time consuming phone calls to the carrier, orders will incur a modest $3.50 insurance fee on each shipment.
Oversize and Overweight
Oversize is the designation for UPS and FedEx Ground packages that meet one of the specifications for billing purposes:
Oversize 1 (OS1)
Designates a combined length and girth exceeding 84″, but less than 108″. Actual weight is less than 30 lbs, and is billed at 30 lbs.
Oversize 2 (OS2)
Designates a combined length and girth exceeding 108″ but less than 130″. Actual weight is less than 70 lbs, and is billed at 70 lbs.
Oversize 3 (OS3)
Designates a combined length and girth exceeding 130″ but less than 165″. Actual weight is less than 90 lbs, and is billed at 90 lbs.
Truck freight is recommended for most of your installed upholstery products. Please discuss this option with a Legendary Team Member when you place your order to get further details and the best shipping rates.
Additional charges may be applicable depending on the service required.
Truck freight is excluded from any shipping promotions.
Legendary Auto Interiors, Ltd. is a NRI shipper (Non Resident Importer) which allows us to collect taxes and duties at the time of order. Your order will be delivered to you without the shipper needing an additional payment for duties and taxes. We use UPS or FedEx Ground to Canada and can quote the landed cost to your door at time of order.
Overseas shipments are by “best method” unless otherwise specified. Purchaser is responsible for all Duties and Taxes.
